It’s been a gorgeous couple of weeks for foraging pollen along the Delta! Our waterways bring a wide range of beautiful floral sources and fresh water to our hard-working hives. With these incredible resources, our gals are able to collect the nutrient-dense “Fluffy Fresh” California Bee Pollen they’re known for. Bee pollen is the most nutrient-packed substance found in nature and has been used as a dietary supplement for thousands of years! Pictured here along one of our favorite Delta banks is Vetch, a common species of flowering plant that is found throughout the world.
